DAY 01: ARRIVAL PHNOMPENH
Arrive in Phnom Penh, meet and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Evening, briefing the whole itinerary.

DAY 02: PHNOMPENH - FLIGHT TO BANLUNG (B)
Morning transfer to the airport at 10 am for flight to Banlung. On arrival in Banlung, transfer to a traditional Banlung guesthouse for check in. In the afternoon, explore the town of Banlung including the market, and the Yakloum volcanic lake.

DAY 03: BANLUN - TREK TO KALAI 20 km (B, L, D)
Today, the trekking is approximately 20 km. We start the trekking by departing from Banlung to Ven Sai and Virachey also known as Phum Chen where we will meet different villages of tribal minorities. They live in small villages along the road that is running across the jungles, on the mountains, down the valleys. We may take a break for lunch at one of the villages (name is not exactly known). After a break we go onward, soon we will arrive at a village called Kalai at approximately 20 km from Banlung. Dinner in the village.

DAY 04: KALAI - VENSAI , trek 20 km (B, L, D)
Today, we continue trekking from Kalai for about 20 km to Ven Sai. On the way, we will pass by a number of villages along the way; opportunities to interact with local people en route. As these villages are not too far from the modern town they therefore are more or less adopted to the way of living as the city dwellers. However, their houses could be signified as tribal style. Picnic lunch is served in a local village. After a long trekking day we could have now arrived at Ven Sai and Virachey that is just across the river from one another. Dinner in the village.

DAY 05: VENSAI -BOR KEO, trek 20 km (B, L, D)
This morning we start exploring Ven Sai, one of the biggest minority villages. Then we cross the river to Virachey also called Phum Chen. Phum Chen is about the same size and population as Ven Sai. In these areas we will see different peoples of tribal minorities who live in isolated areas carrying on their traditions for hundreds of years. We must take the ferry from Phum Chen to the next village called Andung Meas where gold mines are. The name Andung Meas means "the wells of gold". Lunch at Andung Meas. After lunch, we start trekking to Bor Keo, the gem mine village in Rattanakiri. Dinner in the village.

DAY 06: BORKEO - CHRUNG,trek 25 km (B, L, D)
Today, we start our way back to Banlung from Bor Keo, 50 km. As we trek for about 25 km with a lunch break en route, we end the day at a village called Chrung. Dinner at Chrung village.

DAY07: CHRUNG - BANLUNG, trek 25 km (B, L, D)
This is the last day of our trekking. After breakfast we trek on to Banlung for 25 km from Chrung village. Arrive in Banlung in the early evening. Tonight, we celebrate the success of our trekking journey by buffet dinner at the hotel.

DAY 08: BANLUNG - FLIGHT BACK TO PHNOMPENH(B)
Free at leisure until transfer to the airport at 12 hrs for the flight back to Phnom Penh. On arrival, meet and transfer to hotel.

DAY 09: DEPARTURE (B)
Transfer to the airport for departure flight
